…do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. Phil 4:6, ESV
Friend, is your life filled with worry about your children, your husband, money, or the many other concerns we are faced with each day? The Greek word for anxious means to be troubled with cares.
This verse tells us we can make the choice not to be anxious!
God gives us each new day as a gift. When we are in communion with God through reading His word, prayer and expressing our gratitude to Him, our lives will be filled with the peace and joy available only through a relationship with Him.
Spending time in God’s Word is a great antidote for anxiety!
The better we know Him, the more we can trust that He will care for those things which concern us.
Won’t you thank Him today for the gift of life and be grateful as you seek His wisdom and guidance for anything that is bothering you? You will truly experience the joy of the Lord as He cares for you!
